Job Summary
Lead change management initiatives supporting the adoption of new technologies, workflows, and operational processes across the organization. Partner with radiologists, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess impacts, drive engagement, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives. Develop change communications, playbooks, process documentation, and educational resources to promote awareness, alignment, and long-term adoption. Utilize adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven insights to measure effectiveness, mitigate risks, and continuously improve change strategies while coordinating large-scale organizational implementations. Travel up to 25% as needed to support these efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and drive organizational adoption
- Must be able to travel up to 20-25% as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred
- Experience with AI-enabled tools
- Knowledge of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, or healthcare operations preferred
