Job Summary
Develop and drive transformational quality improvement initiatives across the enterprise using data-driven, statistical methods. Support engineering and operations to analyze production line problems, mitigate product performance risks, and resolve incoming parts issues. Organize quality audits, manage documentation for ISO and CE certifications, and develop digital tools via Microsoft Power Platform to enhance process visibility and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- 2 - 4 years leading moderately sized improvement/new product projects with proven results
- Proven ability to successfully participate, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience using statistical analysis to evaluate process performance, variation, and improvement opportunities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
- Ability to develop dashboards, automated workflows, and digital tools that support quality system performance and decision making
