Job Summary
Lead enterprise-scale finance transformation projects spanning the home office, field teams, and broader finance operations. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional workstreams; coordinate with business areas, digital teams, internal associates, and global contractors. Apply best-practice project methodologies, manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; provide accurate forecasting of capital and resources; ensure timely reporting; unblock issues to keep initiatives moving forward; establish milestones and benefit realization plans; mentor teammates and maintain alignment across global teams. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with both Agile and waterfall approaches; PMP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders, large teams, and multiple business units
- Change management experience
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (certification not required)
- PMP certification preferred
- Agile certification not required — practical Agile/waterfall experience matters more than certifications
