Job Summary
Lead large projects across the business by demonstrating core values, scoping and planning initiatives while balancing resources and dependencies. Communicate project plans to stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between business owners, development teams, and third parties throughout the software development life cycle. Manage change requests to ensure agreed deadlines are met and coordinate with stakeholders regarding resource availability and task updates. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and risks to the business, providing recommendations in the best interest of the company. Requires 5+ years of project management experience, PMP and Scrum master certifications, and deep knowledge of both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Superior customer service skills with a drive to exceed user expectations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Scrum master certification (CSM)
- Life-long learner
- In depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, both waterfall and Agile
- In depth knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- In depth knowledge or understanding of the following software applications: Microsoft Project, O365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with large, complex projects that cross business units
- Executive presence and ability to influence
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proven self-starter and creative problem solver
- Ability to work independently
- Strong orientation to execution
