Job Summary
Enterprise Program Manager responsible for owning the operating cadence, execution, and cross-functional coordination for major enterprise partnerships. Turn agreed scope into executed milestones across commercial, fragrance development, ML, sensory, and executive teams; serve as a primary customer-facing operator translating enterprise partner goals into internal workstreams and success criteria; coordinate across multiple functional areas; maintain canonical plans and partner-facing updates; support pilot planning, demo readiness, scope expansion, and commercialization discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of program management experience in technical/product/R&D/enterprise partnership environments
- direct experience with large enterprise customers in a customer-facing capacity
- strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready updates
- proven ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority
- software or data product experience; experience in flavor/fragrance or adjacent categories (e.g., specialty chemicals, ingredients, beauty, personal care) or manufacturing/operations
