Enterprise Product Manager

$200,000–$240,000 year

On-siteNew York City, New York, United States

Full Time

Job Summary

Own the roadmap to make Blacksmith enterprise-ready across CI, sandboxes, and the coding agent by operating as a GM for the enterprise segment. Define and drive the security, auditability, and compliance surface including audit logging, SIEM integrations, and certifications required for enterprise security reviews. Shape the enterprise networking story with static egress identity, egress policy controls, and tenant isolation in partnership with engineering teams. Own enterprise identity and administration covering SSO, roles, permissions, and least-privilege integration models. Build the programmatic surface with usage and cost APIs, cost attribution, and integrations into existing observability tools. Sit in on enterprise deals with sales to turn procurement blockers and POC feedback into a prioritized roadmap while owning packaging and pricing for the enterprise tier.

Required Qualifications

  • Have shipped enterprise capabilities at a growth-stage infrastructure or developer-tools company
  • Have personally taken a product through the SSO/RBAC/audit-log/security-review gauntlet
  • Know what makes a buyer's security team say yes
  • Have matured a post-PMF product
  • Find 'make the core product undeniable for the biggest customers' more compelling than greenfield exploration
  • Are technical enough to earn trust with infrastructure engineers and technical buyers
  • Understand CI/CD, cloud networking, and compute platforms
  • Can go deep on how CI/CD, cloud networking, and compute platforms work
  • Have sold to or worked closely with enterprise buyers (VP Eng, Head of Platform, CISO)
  • Understand procurement cycles, security reviews, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
  • Are AI-native in your own workflow
  • Use Claude/Cursor-style tools daily
  • Are comfortable with MCP and CLI-based tooling
  • Instinctively automate the manual parts of the PM job
  • Always take a customer-first approach
  • Enjoy being the voice of the customer internally
  • Own the roadmap that makes Blacksmith enterprise-ready across our product lines (CI, sandboxes, and our coding agent)
  • Operate like a GM for the enterprise segment
  • Own the outcome across product lines
  • Work with engineering teams that own the relevant systems
  • Define and drive the security, auditability, and compliance surface
  • Manage audit logging and SIEM integrations
  • Manage certifications and trust documentation for enterprise security review
  • Shape the enterprise networking story
  • Implement static egress identity, egress policy controls, private connectivity, and tenant isolation

  • Manage SSO, roles and permissions, org management, and least-privilege integration models
  • Build the programmatic surface for enterprises
  • Develop usage and cost APIs
  • Implement cost attribution
  • Create integrations into observability and cost-management tools
  • Sit in on enterprise deals with sales
  • Turn procurement blockers, security questionnaires, and POC feedback into a prioritized roadmap
  • Own packaging and pricing for the enterprise tier
  • Work with the GTM team

Desired Qualifications

  • Have strong taste in what not to build
  • Care deeply about delight and keeping things simple
  • Understand that enterprise roadmaps are where products go to bloat
  • Make real progress for the largest customers while fighting the 'enshittification' of the product
