Job Summary
Enterprise Product Lead to shape SMP's core royalty accounting technology portfolio. You will define and execute the enterprise product strategy, translate enterprise goals into an outcome-driven roadmap, drive discovery with business partners, author rigorous business cases (ROI, value propositions, success metrics), and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers. You will align stakeholders across business and Engineering, partner with Architecture, measure KPIs, drive value realization, and ensure adoption of capabilities across the organization. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a focus on delivering measurable business value in a transformational context, with periodic travel.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, with a proven track record of building and leading product teams in complex, matrixed organizations
- experience translating strategy into roadmaps and delivering value
- ability to build and defend rigorous business cases with ROI and success metrics
- strong financial acumen and capability to manage value-based trade-offs
- transformation/change-management experience in risk-aware environments
- hands-on leadership style with empowerment of teams
- comfortable collaborating with senior leaders across business and engineering functions
- data-driven approach and familiarity with AI in product design
