Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enterprise applications, including buy-build-customize analyses and roadmap management. Lead digital transformation initiatives by overseeing large-scale application projects, modernizing systems, and optimizing the application portfolio for security and compliance. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate with software partners, and maintain strong connections with business leaders to drive value and satisfaction. Safeguard operational excellence through risk management, budget oversight, and best practices for application lifecycle management. Ensure business processes align with organizational goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT
- At least five years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications supporting multiple business units
- Management of security, business process, reporting, and integration resources
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives
- Implementing large-scale IT projects
- Extensive experience with Salesforce
- Environment that deployed 3+ modules
- Demonstrated success in vendor and stakeholder management
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise application platforms
- Cloud computing
- Immersion technologies
- General IT architecture for security and integrations
- Ability to use strategic planning to translate business goals into technology solutions
- At least one of the following certifications required: Salesforce Salescloud, Marketingcloud, Agentforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate simultaneously with multiple executives from different parts of the organization
- Stakeholders and teams across the organization
- Influence people to achieve common goals
- Experience partnering with Fundraising or Higher Education
