Job Summary
Conduct process analyses using data, observation, and interviews to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps across the enterprise. Map and document all core business processes to establish a comprehensive understanding of current-state operations. Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement improvements and foster a culture of continuous innovation and accountability. Serve as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for Lean Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies. Partner with technology, data, and operations teams to evaluate tools and systems that support automation and efficiency. Prepare and deliver concise executive summaries and presentations that translate operational insights into strategic actions. Maintain visibility into active initiatives, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business process management, or operational strategy
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Strong proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance measurement tools
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present it to both operational and executive audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in residential construction or home services
