Job Summary
Enterprise Payments Sales Enablement Manager leads market research, analytics, and the development of go-to-market and sales enablement initiatives for Huntington Bank’s Enterprise Payments team. Responsibilities include building business cases to expand sales enablement investments, designing operating models aligned with go-to-market strategy, developing OKRs and reporting on their effectiveness, creating strategic presentations for senior management, and coordinating cross-functional work with Payments Strategy, Go-To-Market, product managers, and sales/service teams. The role requires strong analytical, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record in translating strategy into execution and experience in management consulting, financial services, payments, or software technology. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, 7+ years of strategic/financial analysis and business planning, supervisory experience, and exceptional communication abilities. Remote/work-from-home options are available alongside in-office work, with specific arrangements provided by the hiring team.
