Job Summary
Manage the Enterprise Payments PMO’s Strategic Intent and Change Management functions. Lead planning and prioritization for key leaders and stakeholders, supervise a high-performing team of project and process managers delivering cross-functional initiatives, drive resource capacity planning in collaboration with business partners, and oversee large-scale change management to ensure operational readiness and mitigate organizational risk. Communicate plans and tradeoffs effectively in writing and verbally; track organizational priorities against KPIs/OKRs; provide strategic direction to partners and escalate issues as needed. Leverage problem-solving and AI-enabled capabilities to create process efficiencies and support reporting to leadership forums (MBRs, risk forums, portfolio reviews, and newsletters). Prior experience in banking payments and a strong ability to collaborate with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and strategy stakeholders are highly valued. Location is hybrid (3 days in the office, remainder remote).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 3 Years of project management, product management or program management experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
- At least 3 years managing stakeholders across business functions
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
