Enterprise Partnerships Lead (BFSI)

Job Summary
Develop and implement industry-specific plans for partner outreach and relationship management within the BFSI ecosystem. Prospect, onboard, and nurture strategic partners to build long-term, high-value relationships that drive mutual business growth. Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies to enable adoption of Leegality's offerings across partner customer bases. Generate qualified leads through partner channels, revive dormant opportunities, and accelerate pipeline growth by collaborating with internal teams to ensure faster deal progression and go-live for customer engagements. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor performance against objectives and establish recurring engagement cadences. Track partnership performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend initiatives to increase partner productivity and revenue contribution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role selling to the BFSI B2B ecosystem
- Proven achievements of targets across banks / NBFC's / Fintechs
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions
- Proven ability to work with CXOs and business heads across divisions in Banks, NBFC's and financial institutions
- Having experience selling to/partnering with software / SaaS / IT solutions of mid to large value in ticket size
- Proven understanding and comprehension of the complexities in large BFSI accounts or partnerships
- Self-motivated and track record of driving results under minimal supervision
- Willing to join immediately
- Fluency in English is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in Hindi is preferable
