Job Summary
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement, compiling volume, productivity, and quality statistics for management. Collaborate with teams to solve operational problems, create policies and training materials, and ensure compliance with risk management, regulatory, and cybersecurity practices. Work with managers on capacity planning, volume forecasting, and unit costing while applying disciplined change management to support new product implementations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel, and knowledge of mortgage servicing and SCRA regulations. Full-time onsite attendance is required for the first six months, followed by potential hybrid eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of banking operations
- Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full-time onsite attendance for the first 6 months of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Mortgage servicing experience, particularly in loan boarding, servicing operations, or default/asset administration
- Knowledge of SCRA (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) requirements and servicing-related regulatory requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, including data extraction, sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and report analysis
- Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, or supporting new product and process implementations
- Banking or financial services operations experience within a highly regulated environment
