Job Summary
Enterprise Monitoring Analyst responsible for on-site technical expertise to monitor, review, and manage enterprise services. Responsibilities include monitoring system alerts via dashboards, correlating service impacts with SLA conformance, producing daily reports and executive summaries, supporting government mission operations, and coordinating incident and event management. The role requires strong ITIL 4 governance experience, proficiency with ServiceNow and ITSM concepts, and excellent communication and customer service skills to support government stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- DoD 8140 IAT Level 1 certification or higher
- 5+ years of experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services
- Working knowledge of ITIL 4 lexicon and framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to review technical documentation and summarize information for executive level review
- Working knowledge of network operations and IT services
