Enterprise Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts

Job Summary
Enterprise Marketing Manager for strategic accounts responsible for designing and running high-impact, multi-channel campaigns tailored to named accounts. You’ll embed in the sales process to influence pipeline and deals, build a repeatable ABM-led playbook, and co-author the narrative on must-win accounts. Responsibilities include running programs across direct mail, gifting, executive engagement, field events, and tailored content; selecting the right play for the moment; measuring pipeline progression over impressions; collaborating with Sales to ensure smooth handoffs; productizing bespoke efforts into scalable motions; and working with the broader ABM team to route accounts between high-touch and scaled treatments. You’ll engage with senior GTM leadership, leverage CRM and intent data tools, and bring bold, creative tactics that move CFOs, Controllers, and finance buyers.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years owning pipeline-influencing marketing work (integrated campaigns, ABM, demand gen, field marketing, or growth marketing)
- Track record of campaigns that moved named accounts, not just generated leads
- Comfort working with Sales and participating in deal reviews and account planning
- Fluency with tools: Salesforce, intent data (6sense, Demandbase, or similar), gifting platforms, direct mail vendors, event ops
- Ability to pull reports and make decisions without waiting for ops
- Creative judgment about what moves finance buyers (e.g., CFOs, Controllers, or VP Finance) and execution chops to act on it
- Willingness to be embedded in the sales motion and influence pipeline through bold, repeatable plays
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills to co-author must-win account strategies
- A doer who can handle Salesforce reporting, agency briefings, venue negotiations, and on-desk gifting initiatives
- Experience using AI tooling (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gong, Notion) as core to workflow
- Nice-to-haves: experience marketing to CFOs/controllers/finance buyers; fintech/B2B SaaS; building ABM programs from scratch
