Job Summary
Enterprise Manager leading the commercial SAAS method and managing commercial performance for the digital ecosystem. Create, implement and lead new commercialization methods for Embedded Finance; scale the commercial function (new sales and upgrades); develop, deploy and distribute sales materials for features and capabilities; be responsible for revenue generated by the digital ecosystem; direct the commercial process and adoption for the digital ecosystem; build commercial communication capabilities to support product teams deploying new functionalities; design an optimal BEI client experience by articulating front-end processes for the sales team (bankers, account managers, etc.); lead deployments of new channel functionalities in the digital ecosystem; optimize the recruitment experience for the Digital Ecosystem; govern the hiring operations of the digital ecosystem in front of the banking clients; drive customer-experience perspectives in the transformation of processes led by BPE for banking projects and promote responsible banking values.
