Job Summary
The position requires an IT Support Officer experienced in classified LAN infrastructure, VoIP, and telephone installations. Candidates must have significant cabling experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with implementation of classified and unclassified LAN infrastructure
- Experience installing and troubleshooting telephone instruments and media gateways on networks
- Ability to read and understand cable run lists
- Knowledge of various cabling methodologies and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- VoIP Telephone Installation experience
- Related work experience in a technical help desk position
- IAT III certification
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM
- ITIL® v4 Foundation or higher certification
Additional Requirements
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
