Drive measurable outcomes for enterprise clients by improving 90-day collection rates and owning relationships with external stakeholders like Directors of RCM. Translate operational needs into product requirements for engineering teams while developing scalable billing workflows and escalation pathways. Serve as a trusted technical partner to deliver desired outcomes for both new and existing enterprise clients. Define success metrics for clinics and collaborate cross-functionally to implement core processes. This role bridges the gap between engineering and GTM teams within Camber, a healthcare software company focused on improving clinician accessibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of operational experience, ideally within a high-growth company
- History of owning cross-functional projects
- Ability to develop deep subject matter expertise (SME)
- Ability to partner closely with engineering teams
- Ability to deliver measurable outcomes
- History of owning relationships with external stakeholders
- Ability to define success metrics for enterprise customers
- Ability to own outcomes defined by enterprise customers
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and seek out complex challenges to drive strategy and deliver concrete outcomes
- Ability to maintain exceptional organizational control over numerous moving pieces without difficulty
