Job Summary

Lead the full sales process for existing and upcoming client-facing products, defining and configuring optimal solutions within Patient Management Systems and Hospital Systems to address specific client needs. Serve as a subject matter expert by engaging directly with multi-billion dollar provider groups to surface pain points, validate requirements, and negotiate value propositions that drive commercial and implementation outcomes. Own pricing, pipeline planning, and account execution while shepherding inbound requests, preparing pitches, and representing the business at industry events. Continuously translate client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic roadmap, partnering effectively across departments to remove blockers and deliver an excellent client experience from pursuit through execution. Manage a goal- and quota-oriented approach in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with roughly 35% travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise, including complex problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience owning a full sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis, including executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to address complex problems; strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a track record of delivery
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization, including the ability to influence and negotiate internally to advocate for client needs
  • Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management
  • Exhibits excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams; strong teamwork and partnership mindset
  • Proven success with strong communication skills, verbal and written, including confident client-facing presentations and value positioning
  • Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across a multitude of scenarios; eager to learn and continuously evolve with new products, capabilities, and market dynamics
  • Travel required, expected roughly 35%
