Enterprise Go-To-Market Performance and Insights Analyst

Job Summary
Compile and publish monthly KPIs and EGTM Dashboard reports, assessing GTM moment performance and Pencils Down adherence to drive disciplined, data-led improvements. Own KPI integrity across financial results, assortment architecture, and productivity while building self-serve reporting in PBI to automate dashboards. Partner with the Governance Board and cross-functional leaders to evaluate results, establish targets, and translate outputs into actionable insights with defined owners and timelines. Share final documents on the GTM Hub to ensure transparency and monitor progress across teams. This role supports the Transformation department's mission to serve hardworking people by building durable products through rigorous process analysis and performance monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, apparel and textiles, or related field; or equivalent years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience providing process analysis and developing performance metrics
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed use and understanding of Excel (formulas and functions)
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure accurate scheduling of GTM moments, KPI compilation, and process change analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate at all levels including management
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities

Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft SharePoint experience is preferred
