Enterprise Field Engineer - Pre-sales - SouthEast Asia

Enterprise Field Engineer to act as a technical advisor in CodeRabbit’s pre-sales process. Collaborates with Account Executives, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer requirements into technical solutions, deliver compelling demos and Proof of Values, respond to security questionnaires, and help with onboarding. Requires 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Preferred experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), command-line tools, and knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
