Job Summary
The Enterprise Engineer I position is a hands-on technical role focused on supporting and optimizing a Windows-based enterprise environment. Key responsibilities include Azure administration, infrastructure automation using Ansible and PowerShell, and virtualization management with vSphere and Hyper-V. The role also involves AD/GPO engineering, orchestrating Windows patch workflows, and contributing to zero-touch deployments. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong proficiency in automation and troubleshooting within enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in enterprise Windows engineering (desktop/server) with solid Ansible, PowerShell, vSphere/Hyper-V experience
- Solid AD/GPO knowledge; ability to translate security baselines into code
- Good troubleshooting skills across WinRM, GPO/application of policy, networking, and virtualization
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft (Azure-focused), VMware VCP, or Hyper-V certifications
- Experience with Zerto, Cohesity, Wasabi, Zabbix, SCCM/Intune
