Job Summary
Enterprise Engineer in the Global Implementation Practice will coordinate delivery and testing of technical aspects of Global Payroll projects, ensure seamless integration between Strada solutions (notably Strada Exchange) and client systems, manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications, and ensure data security and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience implementing or working with global HR and Payroll solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- In-depth knowledge of Alight solutions, particularly Strada Exchange and euHReka payroll
- Knowledge of integration technologies and data mapping (iDoc, CPI, PECI, SFTP, API)
- Familiarity with Strada’s tools and processes (ServiceNow, Strada Assist, JIRA, Smartsheets)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to learn and to work independently in an international team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
