Job Summary
Provide architecture leadership across multiple transformation programmes; lead current-state and target-state architecture for an omni-channel order management transformation; define technology selection criteria and support procurement (RFI/RFP) processes and vendor evaluations; develop Architecture Decision Records, order-management capability blueprints, and non-functional requirements; collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, commerce, and supply chain stakeholders; role is hybrid with occasional travel to programme locations; ensure solutions align with wider enterprise strategy and deliver improved customer experience, fulfilment efficiency, and operational capability.
Required Qualifications
- Enterprise Architecture experience
- Domain Architecture experience
- Experience working across complex transformation programmes
- Experience supporting procurement and technology selection processes (RFI, RFP, technical assessments, vendor evaluations)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to challenge vendors and drive informed decisions
- Comfortable working at both strategic and detailed technical levels
- Proactive, pragmatic, and delivery-focused approach
