Enterprise Delivery Consultant

Enterprise Delivery Consultant responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of Intellect’s services to enterprise clients; balances client-facing relationship management with internal operational oversight to ensure accounts are profitable, scalable, and aligned with contractual obligations. Leads strategic account management, revenue growth, and business reviews; develops and executes account plans, identifies expansion opportunities, and supports sales with business cases. Coordinates with Product, Operations, and Clinical teams to refine service delivery, monitor SLA adherence, manage profitability and invoicing, and ensure client outcomes. Collaborates with Marketing for case studies and promotional material, acts as final point of contact for critical issues, and contributes to SOPs for scaling. Requires 3-8 years in client success/account management or management consulting, with openness to Malaysia (hybrid) and the Philippines (remote).
