Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive role selling enterprise database/NoSQL/big data software to Fortune 1000 accounts. Requires 7-10+ years of quota-attainment in enterprise software, proven prospecting and closing of new logos in greenfield territories, and experience engaging C-level buyers with a consultative sales process. Must articulate ROI and value propositions, drive revenue growth, and operate as a hunter in a rapidly growing pre-IPO unicorn environment. Compensation includes a base of $150K-$175K plus OTE of $300K+, equity, and comprehensive benefits; includes base location in Miami with a company car or car allowance; multilingual capability (English/Spanish/Portuguese) preferred for LATAM/Brazil coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of enterprise software sales success
- Proven track record prospecting and closing new logos in greenfield territories
- Deep experience selling database, NoSQL, big data or adjacent technologies
- Expertise managing complex, consultative sales cycles with C-level buyers
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ROI and craft compelling value propositions
