Job Summary
Senior product leadership for TradeStation's data strategy and platform. Own the data platform roadmap, define requirements, and deliver data products, pipelines, and semantic layer to support analytics, AI, and business operations. Operate hands-on with SQL and Python for data validation, design governance frameworks, data quality programs, and metadata management. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to enable self-service analytics, drive adoption, and measure impact. Leverage AI/LLMs for data profiling, documentation, and pipeline optimization. Financial services/trading data experience and strong communication to executives are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, data science, or related technical field
- 7+ years in data product or platform roles, including demonstrated ownership of enterprise data initiatives with measurable business impact
