Job Summary
Validate customer, finance, and material master data to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness for management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across IAG. Execute approved changes to SAP master data including GL accounts, banks, customers, and vendors via SLP, MDG, and S4Hana systems. Resolve data-collecting issues and queries, prepare KPIs, monitor SLAs, and continuously implement process improvements. Create and maintain procedures, process maps, and manuals to support the Enterprise Data Team.
