Job Summary
Review and implement process flows and governance to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder requirements. Design and operationalize a scalable integrated data framework, including audit routines and continuous improvement of integrations across the landscape. Collaborate with governance teams to execute MDM strategies for Corporate, Customer, People, and Product domains while performing end-to-end data transformation using SQL, Python, and Power BI. Manage Integration Specialists to optimize data flows and oversee documentation of governance policies and architectural landscapes. Work directly with business stakeholders across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to translate technical insights. Lead a group of technicians, data engineers, and analysts to drive operational excellence in delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Managing a team: you will have led a team or been the deputy manager for a delivery focused team, preferably cross discipline
- Communication skills: you will have worked across a business and had experience
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, VBA, and Python for data manipulation and transformation
- Strong knowledge of master data management frameworks and governance practices
- Hands-on experience with Boomi, APIs or similar tools
- Ability to script and review scripts
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in data engineering, with a track record of leading large-scale transformation projects
