Job Summary
Join Ketjen Corporation as an Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI Manager, leading the development and operation of a scalable enterprise data platform. Oversee data quality frameworks, manage the full data lifecycle, and champion AI/ML initiatives. You will build self-service analytics capabilities, define KPIs, and lead a high-performing team while managing vendor relationships and budgets. The role requires expertise in data engineering, analytics, technical leadership, and hands-on skills in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, or ML roles
- 3+ years leading technical data teams
- Hands-on experience ML or AI systems
- Expert-level SQL and Python
- Cloud platforms: Azure
- Data warehousing: Databricks or equivalent
- ML frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or generative AI in production environments
- Familiarity with real-time streaming architectures (Kafka, Flink, Kinesis)
- Relevant certifications: Databricks Certified
