Job Summary

Enterprise Customers Success & Sales Operations Manager North America (Contract, Remote). Drive revenue operations, enterprise customer success, and marketing oversight for a private-markets-focused go-to-market function. Responsibilities include managing sales workflows and CRM, defining KPIs, designing multichannel GTM strategies, building and owning an institutional customer success framework, nurturing strategic relationships with private markets clients, overseeing marketing initiatives aligned to commercial goals, representing the company at conferences and events, and leading recruiting, onboarding, and ramp targets for SDRs and other commercial hires. Requirements emphasize 3+ years in the US private markets landscape, experience with automated workflows and data-driven sales operations, and authorization to work in the US and Canada. FINRA registration is a plus (Series 82 or equivalent).

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in private equity/private markets
  • Experience with revenue operations and CRM systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States and Canada
  • Understanding of RIAs and wealth managers
  • FINRA registration is a plus (Series 82 or equivalent)
  • Experience leading recruiting, onboarding, and ramp of sales/commercial hires
  • Ability to design and implement automated workflows and data-driven sales operations
  • Startup mindset and ability to translate strategy into lead-gen models
