Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Job Summary
Hybrid Customer Success Manager role in London requiring 1-4 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. You will own and grow client relationships, establish strategic connections with client stakeholders, and act as the advocate internally to coordinate resources. Responsibilities include training clients to maximize value of the Optimove platform, communicating major product updates, and guiding clients to achieve success. Strong presentation and communication skills, organizational ability to manage multiple tasks, analytical mindset, proficiency with Excel, and ability to articulate technology at any level are required. This role is based in London with three days in the office per week.
Required Qualifications
