Job Summary
Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Lansweeper’s EMEA Enterprise portfolio, focusing on protecting and stabilizing a live enterprise book, rebuilding trusted-advisor relationships, and accelerating multi-threaded engagement across complex organizations. You’ll translate IT asset data into executive business value, partner with Sales to unlock expansion opportunities, own the end-to-end lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion) in collaboration with Account Managers, and deliver CSPs and measurable KPI-driven value through QBRs/EBRs. Expect leadership across technology and business stakeholders, driving adoption, risk monitoring, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Support to realize strategic outcomes and Time to First Value across a diverse EMEA region.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in enterprise environments
- Strong experience in SaaS, IT operations, cybersecurity, ITAM, or ITSM/ITOM
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders (VP/C-level) and lead strategic discussions
- Ability to translate data into business insights and actions
- Experience with Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) and CRM tools
- Hybrid working model with flexible working hours
- Remote/HYBRID collaboration with cross-functional teams
