Job Summary
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships while becoming a trusted advisor for a dedicated portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include collaboration with customers to define performance metrics, ensuring success outcomes, and addressing customer issues. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proven account management skills, and effective communication abilities. Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with customer success management software are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- CRM and customer success management software experience is preferred
- Familiarity with contact center technology and the SaaS industry is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of San Ramon for Hybrid work arrangement
