Job Summary
Enterprise Customer Partner role based in New York, San Francisco, or London, owning a portfolio of post-pilot enterprise accounts. Lead executive briefings, drive expansion and ARR, coordinate with Engineering and Product, perform QBRs and account planning, and travel to customer sites for in-person engagements. AI-native mindset applied to identify new use cases and influence the product roadmap; strong analytical, project management, and ability to engage with both C-suite and day-to-day operators. Reports to Chief Growth Officer. Requires 3β5 years of consulting or enterprise SaaS experience (at least 2 years as an Engagement Manager or equivalent) with a track record of growing client engagements and delivering results in ambiguous environments.
