Job Summary

The Enterprise Corporate Chef leads culinary operations at Shamrock Foods Company’s corporate office, overseeing planning, preparation, and execution of meals for employees, executive meetings, and corporate events. Serves as a culinary ambassador, developing menu concepts, conducting cooking demonstrations, and showcasing product applications to support customer engagement and business growth. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations, inventory and cost control, ensuring food safety, developing programs for meetings and events, creating trend-forward menus, collaborating with Sales/Marketing/Category teams, delivering live and virtual demonstrations, tailoring culinary solutions to customer needs, training staff, maintaining standardized recipes, and traveling occasionally for customer visits and events. Demonstrates leadership, maintains high-quality dining experiences, and upholds confidentiality and professionalism in executive environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary training preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive culinary experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, or Culinary Specialist preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing, foodservice, or corporate dining environments strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, menu development, and large-scale food preparation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Creative, detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality and execution
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in executive environments
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, and events
