Job Summary
Hybrid Enterprise Compute Platform Engineer role focused on architecting, implementing, and continuously improving a highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise compute platform. Responsibilities include serving as the technical authority for Windows Server, M365, and VMware; leading modernization with hybrid cloud integration; championing automation-first practices and Infrastructure as Code; building automation with PowerShell and other scripting languages; driving AI-driven operations (AIOps) for incident prediction, capacity planning, and self-healing infrastructure; providing Tier 2/3 incident support and 24x7 coverage when required; contributing to AWS/Azure initiatives; enabling container adoption (Docker/Kubernetes); and collaborating across teams to ensure long-term scalability and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and typically a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or 3 years and a master’s degree; and/or equivalent work experience.
- Full understanding of Windows Server, VMware, and AI/ML operations, with knowledge of several adjacent functional areas and related technologies.
