Job Summary
Own top-of-funnel for named enterprise accounts by researching, multi-threading, and generating qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives. Run disciplined outbound calls, email, and social outreach into large, complex fleets daily. Partner with Enterprise AEs to collaborate on account strategy, build strategic target lists, and drive event follow-up. Represent Coast at industry events and conferences to source and advance pipeline in person. Maintain accurate account intelligence in Salesforce and develop deep expertise in the fleet and fuel space. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a sales, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing role
- B2B and outbound prospecting experience
- Genuine interest in a long-term BDR career
- AI-native mindset: you're already using AI tools in your daily work and you're excited to push further
- Comfortable in Salesforce and modern sales tooling (sequencing, dialers, prospecting platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bias toward action and process-building; you don't wait for someone to hand you a playbook
- Comfortable in ambiguity; you can build structure where none exists without losing momentum
