Job Summary

Outbound Enterprise BDR responsible for generating qualified enterprise pipeline through dedicated outbound prospecting. Primary channel is cold calling with supporting LinkedIn and email outreach to engage senior buyers at mid-market and enterprise accounts. Tasks include researching target accounts and decision-makers, multi-channel outreach, booking qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintaining CRM activity, and contributing to playbooks and messaging. Prior experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or AI/ML products is a strong plus. Must be able to work across North America, UK, Europe, and ANZ hours.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, lead generation, or prospecting roles
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Ability to handle objections, create curiosity, and build interest quickly with senior buyers
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and cadence execution
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient in a high-activity environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven team where pipeline numbers matter
  • Flexibility to align working hours with North American and European business hours based on active campaigns
