Job Summary
Enterprise BDR for a high-growth AI outage intelligence SaaS startup. Hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA (on-site 3 days/week) focused on generating enterprise meetings through high-volume outbound prospecting into strategic accounts, including cold calls to senior leaders (heads of network operations) at major Fortune 500 companies; target 8-12 qualified meetings per month, maintain pipeline, and support conferences/events. Must have 2-5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven ability to close enterprise accounts and generate 10+ qualified meetings monthly; SaaS sales experience preferred. The role offers base salary in the $90K-$105K range plus equity, and a hybrid work model with fully paid benefits and equity participation.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of closing 2-4 new enterprise accounts in the last 24 months
- Proven track record of generating 10+ qualified meetings monthly with enterprise-level decision makers
- SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required
- Experience working in an early stage startup or high growth SaaS environment
- Strong challenger mentality with the confidence to push conversations forward, challenge assumptions, handle objections, and drive toward next steps
- High urgency, strong work ethic, and ability to operate effectively in fast paced, high performance environments
- Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
