Job Summary
Enterprise Banking Product & Industry Analyst role bridging business, product, and client in corporate banking. Responsibilities include in-depth industry research (real estate, manufacturing, electronics/components, pharma/FMCG, and other sectors), understanding value chains, cash flow patterns, and financing needs; designing holistic financial solutions (working capital, project finance, structured loans, transaction banking, cash management, trade finance, SCF, and ecosystem/ platform-based partnerships); gathering requirements from clients, RM/Sales, and product teams; producing BRD and business use cases / customer journeys; proposing product/process improvements; working in Agile squads/tribes with backlog grooming to ensure solutions fit business and industry realities; and managing stakeholders (RM, Product, Risk, Ops) as an industry and client-solution advisor. English proficient; beneficial experience in product/solution teams, RM coverage, digital banking, or investment/structured finance.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in banking
- Experience with corporate/large-mid corporate clients
- Corporate lending (structured/project/working capital) or Transaction banking or Trade finance / Supply chain finance
- Experience designing solutions for clients
- Experience working with RM or coverage team
- Strong English communication
