Job Summary
Enterprise Architecture Lead to develop and maintain enterprise process architectures, map and improve cross-department processes, lead cross-functional teams, design reengineered processes aligned with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations; evaluate technology-driven solutions (automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows) to enhance efficiency and decision-making; develop business cases and ROI models for process transformation (including AI adoption); monitor post-implementation performance and promote a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision-making across the organization; ensure alignment with NERC/FERC compliance and strategic roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business process improvement, enterprise architecture, or transformation
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
