Enterprise Architecture - Head of Enterprise Platform and RKP

Lead the Enterprise Platform and Record Keeping Platform (RKP) within Fidelity International’s Enterprise Architecture, advising on strategy, guiding platform estates, ensuring alignment with enterprise blueprints and governance while balancing immediate delivery with long-term sustainability. Drive coherence across platform strategies, influence senior stakeholders, promote reuse of capabilities and patterns, and identify investment trade-offs to maximise value, with a focus on interoperability, simplification, and long-term efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate architectural principles into actionable guidance for platforms and programmes. The position is flexible about where and when you work, with two primary locations identified (London, UK and Gurgaon, India) and governance/regulatory awareness due to FCA/PRA considerations.
