Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow APM solutions including application onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance tracking. Configure data models, workflows, and scripts to automate governance activities while partnering with architecture, risk, and operations teams to ensure accurate data and audit readiness. Leverage ServiceNow AI and Microsoft Copilot to generate insights, optimize processes, and enable scalable, data-driven governance aligned with regulatory requirements. Contribute to application rationalization, standards compliance, and automated validations while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical user stories. Work four days on-site or at client sites and one day remotely.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, APM, enterprise architecture, or governance-related roles
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
- Experience with workflows, reporting, and structured data in regulated environments
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams (architecture, development, risk, operations)
- Strong ServiceNow expertise (APM, CMDB, scripting, Flow Designer, integrations)
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
- The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity with SQL or other scripting tools is a plus
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)
- Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot
- Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or CSDM
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
