Job Summary

Enterprise Architect role at Pandora focusing on supply chain, planning, and core ERP architecture. Lead the definition of enterprise architecture principles, patterns, and reference architecture for supply chain, integrated planning, merchandising & assortment planning, and ERP. Collaborate with domain architects, engineers, product management, and executives to resolve architecture decisions, drive governance, and connect business ambitions with technical strategy. Responsibilities include maintaining AS-IS and target views for supply chain and ERP, designing architecture for transformative programs, leading cross-functional teams to achieve architecture decisions, mentoring junior architects and engineers, contributing to open source and engineering standards, and staying ahead of emerging trends. Key skills include ERP ecosystems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP), TOGAF/IAF frameworks, cloud (Azure) and IaC, data, application, and technology architecture, and strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience as an Enterprise Architect
  • Proven leadership experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally in large-scale retail or similar industries
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP)
  • Strong proficiency in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, IAF) and domains: business, data, application, and technology architecture
  • Deep knowledge of modern architectural patterns for application development, integrations, data, and hosting
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including Agile and DevOps
  • Experience with major public cloud providers (e.g., Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Exceptional structuring and presentation skills to simplify complex digital ecosystems
  • Ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences for effective message delivery
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in dynamic environments
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
