Job Summary
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, principles, and roadmaps that support business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into technology and architecture requirements. Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize performance, scalability, and integration. Guide solution design across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cloud environments. Establish and promote architectural standards, governance processes, and best practices. Review proposed solutions to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture vision and technical standards. Support modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform rationalization, and system integration efforts. Partner with engineering, product, operations, and security teams to resolve complex design challenges. Monitor technology trends and assess their potential impact on the organization. Communicate architectural concepts and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a related strategic technology role
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, application architecture, data architecture, infrastructure, and security considerations
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and aligning architecture with business strategy
- Ability to evaluate complex technical environments and recommend practical, scalable solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, integration patterns, modernization approaches, and governance frameworks
- Experience in large, complex, or distributed enterprise environments
- Familiarity with architecture modeling tools, reference architectures, and framework-based governance
- Exposure to digital transformation, cloud migration, cybersecurity, or data platform initiatives
- Professional certifications in architecture or cloud technologies
