Job Summary
Principal Enterprise Architect to deliver scalable, AI-integrated enterprise architecture solutions within Pearson’s Technology Strategy & Architecture. Drive adoption of AI, establish governance and ethical AI practices, mentor peers, collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals, reduce technical debt, and enable flexible growth across the organization. Reporting to OCTO and working from Poznan, Poland in a hybrid capacity, this role focuses on turning Pearson’s AI strategy into practical business outcomes and shaping future-ready technology strategies while empowering teams to realize the lives learners imagine.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
- Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Strong skills in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Solution Architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation in AI/ML
