Job Summary
Principal Enterprise Architect – Business Systems Group (BSG) at Netradyne owns end-to-end IT and business systems architecture. Define and drive the architectural vision for BSG to enable enterprise-wide transformation, streamlined operations, and data-driven decision-making. Partner with business and technology leaders across domains to design and evangelize integrated solutions that enhance governance, compliance, and innovation. Lead end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and integrated systems across CRM, ERP, analytics, and IT platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, Workday) ensuring data flow and interoperability. Establish architectural standards and governance, oversee design reviews, and mentor development teams. Drive innovation and automation, evaluate emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, low-code), and translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Communicate architectural vision to executives, manage dependencies, monitor performance, and ensure security and regulatory compliance. Requires 12+ years of enterprise architecture leadership, expertise across enterprise systems, and strong stakeholder management. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IS, relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure, Salesforce, NetSuite). Netradyne is an equal-opportunity employer and warns about recruitment fraud.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in IT architecture or solution design with leadership roles
- Experience as Director/Principal Architect or equivalent in high-growth or transformational environments
- Deep expertise across CRM/ERP/HRIS/Analytics/Data Warehousing/Sales & Marketing/Customer Support
- Hands-on system design, data modelling, and complex integrations of cloud and on-premises systems
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and architecture governance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Mentoring experience for technical teams and promotion of best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in enterprise/solution architecture, cloud architecture, or platform-specific certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure, Salesforce, NetSuite)
