Job Summary
Enterprise Architect role connecting business needs with technology solutions; hands-on architectural leadership across initiatives with emphasis on D365, Azure, and related platforms. Leads governance and standardisation of the technology landscape, ensures secure, scalable solutions, and collaborates with senior stakeholders. Located in Australia with Melbourne or Perth options; hybrid work arrangement; role requires shaping roadmaps, guiding investments, and maintaining reference architectures aligned to SOC2 and ISO27001. Prefer strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, cloud/integration capabilities, security-by-design mindset, and ability to engage early with Planning teams; includes software architecture leadership across TDD Australia, while staying current with D365 evolution and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Significant enterprise architecture experience in complex environments
- Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge
- Experience aligning business strategy with technology solutions
- Strong integration, cloud, and platform architecture capability
- Skilled stakeholder engagement and communication
- Understanding of SOC2, ISO27001, NIST CSF
- Tertiary degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field
- TOGAF or equivalent
- Microsoft certifications (D365, Azure, Power Platform)
- Agile or delivery certifications (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
