Job Summary
Enterprise Architect to establish and manage centralized digital portfolio management and reporting, architecture standards, advisory services, governance reviews, and customer experience practices across the organization. Drive data-driven decisions for investment, modernization, and delivery optimization; standardize portfolio data models; baseline portfolio inventory and dependencies; provide strategic technical advisory to programs; lead governance reviews; deliver customer-centric, high-quality digital service delivery. Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architecture, engineering, delivery teams, and stakeholders to improve portfolio transparency, solution quality, and customer experience; ensure alignment with KPIs and measurable outcomes. Role requires partnering across multidisciplinary teams, guiding adoption of reference architectures and design patterns, and coordinating with governance to support enterprise objectives in a federal-contract environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific/technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital portfolio management, technology governance, IT strategy, or digital delivery leadership
- 1+ years of experience with portfolio rationalization, architecture governance, customer engagement, and enterprise delivery standards
- 1+ years of experience referencing architecture, design patterns, cloud technologies, modernization approaches, and customer experience principles
- 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional governance, advisory, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or Green card, and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract, and laws do apply
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with the government
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
